YOUNG PEOPLE IN AGRICULTURE
Within the framework of RAÍCES EL SALVADOR, we have established the Colibrí Program to integrate formal education, technical training, and youth leadership in rural areas. Our goal is to cultivate a new generation of young people capable of transforming the agricultural landscape through new knowledge, innovative practices, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
The Colibrí Program responds to the interest and demand of youth for opportunities that address social, economic, environmental, and agricultural needs in rural areas. It is oriented towards positioning and training young people to become professionals and leaders who improve their quality of life and pave the way for more sustainable social development.
HOW ARE WE SUPPORTING YOUNG PEOPLE?
Más de 150 jóvenes han recibido becas para culminar sus estudios.
Hemos apoyado a más de 130 jóvenes en bachillerato agrícola.
